How do I pay?

Deposit payments of charter boat fees (between 30-50%) are due to within 5-7 days of making a reservation and receipt of signed yacht charter contract. Final payment of the balance of the yacht charter fee is due 40-45 days prior to start date.

Coaching fees are payable after delivery of service.

Payments accepted by US bank cheque, ACH (Automated Clearing House) electronic transfer, wire transfer, or PayPal. If paying by PayPal, please add a 4.5% administration fee to cover their fees.

If paying by wire transfer, please add $15 to cover receiving bank charges that will be incurred. I prefer ACH or other type of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as it is the least-cost method to both sides of the transaction.

Can you place a “hold” on the yacht while I check on flights?

Sure. Charter companies usually allow a temporary ‘hold’ to be placed by a genuinely interested client for 5-7 days while you check on either flights or your friends availability.

What if I need to cancel?

We know that ‘stuff happens’ (especially during a prolonged pandemic) and that you may need to cancel. Charter companies are reasonably flexible and each one has its own cancellation policy which we will forward to you during the booking process. My coaching fee cancelation policy will be in line with whichever charter company you book with–or negotiated separately if using your own boat.  It’s always a good idea to take out trip insurance!

Note that coaching fees are on a per day day basis for up to four active participants.  Non-participating friends or family are welcome if the boat chosen has enough cabins given that one is for me!. Travel expenses outside of the BVI are extra. Please contact me for more detailed information.
